These terms apply to your use of DeclutterAI, published by LND apps. By downloading or using DeclutterAI, you agree to these terms.
Agreement and licence
DeclutterAI is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple’s standard end-user licence agreement applies unless a custom licence is shown for DeclutterAI in the App Store. These terms supplement that licence and the applicable App Store terms.
AI-generated guidance
DeclutterAI may provide automated suggestions to help you organise or make decisions about belongings and spaces. Suggestions can be incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review them carefully and use your own judgement, particularly before discarding valuable, sensitive or irreplaceable items.
Purchases and subscriptions
Any purchases or subscriptions are processed by Apple and are subject to the price, billing period and trial details shown before purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse DeclutterAI, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, but nothing in these terms excludes guarantees or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Consumer rights
You may have consumer rights under the laws that apply where you live. These terms do not limit those rights where they cannot legally be limited.
