These terms apply to your use of Kanso, published by LND apps. By downloading or using Kanso, you agree to these terms.
Agreement and licence
Kanso is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple’s standard end-user licence agreement applies unless a custom licence is shown for Kanso in the App Store. These terms supplement that licence and the applicable App Store terms.
Mindful practice guidance
Kanso provides guided mindful practices and recommendations based on your practice history. It is a wellness companion, not medical treatment or professional mental-health advice. Suggestions can be incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review them carefully and use your own judgement, particularly before discarding valuable, sensitive or irreplaceable items.
Purchases and subscriptions
Any purchases or subscriptions are processed by Apple and are subject to the price, billing period and trial details shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges your account on confirmation and for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings. Plus unlocks paid practices and additional practice options. Lifetime unlock is a single non-consumable purchase; use Restore Purchases to recover eligible purchases. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Kanso, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, but nothing in these terms excludes guarantees or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Consumer rights
You may have consumer rights under the laws that apply where you live. These terms do not limit those rights where they cannot legally be limited.
