These terms apply to your use of Kanso: Mindful Daily Practice, displayed on your device as Let It Go, and published by LND apps. By downloading or using Kanso, you agree to these terms.
Agreement and licence
Kanso is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple’s standard end-user licence agreement applies unless a custom licence is shown for Kanso in the App Store. These terms supplement that licence and the applicable App Store terms.
Wellness guidance
Kanso provides mindfulness, breathing, reflection, and related wellness practices for general informational and personal-wellbeing purposes. It is not medical or mental-health advice, diagnosis, treatment, or an emergency service. Stop a practice if you feel unwell, seek appropriate professional advice for your circumstances, and contact local emergency services when urgent help is needed.
Personal decisions and surroundings
You remain responsible for decisions you make while using Kanso. Use your own judgement before discarding valuable, sensitive, sentimental, or irreplaceable belongings. When a practice involves movement, use Kanso only where it is safe and lawful to do so, remain aware of your surroundings, and do not use it while driving or operating machinery.
Focus Shield
Focus Shield uses Apple’s Family Controls features to restrict apps or categories you select during a practice. You control those selections and can change them in Kanso or iOS. System restrictions, device settings, and Apple service availability may affect how shielding works.
Purchases and subscriptions
Any purchases or subscriptions are processed by Apple and are subject to the price, billing period, and trial details shown before purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Kanso, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, but nothing in these terms excludes guarantees or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Consumer rights
You may have consumer rights under the laws that apply where you live. These terms do not limit those rights where they cannot legally be limited.
