Help with SpinTracker, including rides, workouts, purchases and technical issues.
Rides and Premium access
Your first three Premium rides are included, including Follow the Music rides. Each counts after five active minutes or when you choose Save & finish, whichever comes first. Paused time does not count.
After those rides, choose a monthly or annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, to start more rides. The included rides do not start a subscription or charge you automatically. Your saved ride history remains available.
The free-forever preset rides are currently unavailable.
