These terms apply to your use of SpinTracker, published by LND apps. By downloading or using SpinTracker, you agree to these terms.
Agreement and licence
SpinTracker is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple’s standard end-user licence agreement applies unless a custom licence is shown for SpinTracker in the App Store. These terms supplement that licence and the applicable App Store terms.
Fitness and safety
SpinTracker provides fitness planning, tracking and coaching information. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care. Exercise carries risk. Consider your health, equipment and surroundings, follow manufacturer guidance, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort.
Purchases and subscriptions
Any purchases or subscriptions are processed by Apple and are subject to the price, billing period and trial details shown before purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse SpinTracker, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve or discontinue features. Sensor, workout and integration data may be delayed or inaccurate. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, but nothing in these terms excludes guarantees or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Consumer rights
You may have consumer rights under the laws that apply where you live. These terms do not limit those rights where they cannot legally be limited.
